Before and Afters
The patient has missing front teeth. The rest of the front teeth have caries, incisor fractures and are discolored. The cavities are restored with composite filling and the missing tooth is restored with an all porcelain bridge. The rest of the front teeth (upper & lower) are treated with porcelain veneers.

The patient has misaligned, stained and carious teeth, some molars are also missing. Cavities are treated with composite filling and the missing molars are treated with a porcelain bridge. The vertical height is increased and the teeth are restored with porcelain fused to metal crowns.

The patient has abraded and discolored anterior teeth> Porcelain veneers are used to restore her lovely smile.

The patient has missing teeth with the remaining teeth being loose due to extensive bone loss. The teeth with a severe degree of mobility were extracted and restored with a removable denture.

The patient has some molars missing as well as the front teeth. The remaining teeth have caries. These are restored with composite fillings and a porcelain fixed bridge restores the missing teeth. The vertical height of the teeth has also been increased.

The patient has severe abrasion on the upper teeth. The shape and sizes of the upper teeth are restored by using all porcelain veneers on the front teeth, and all porcelain crowns on the posterior teeth. For the lower teeth Zoom whitening is used to achieve a pearly white smile.

The patient has a deep overbite with the lower teeth overlapping the upper. Presence of carious teeth that cannot be restored with fillings are indicated for root canal therapy. The patient also has a cross bite on the posterior. In our treatment plan we considered the function and aesthetic that the patient needs. First we did a root canal treatment on the teeth that have peri-apical infection including the front teeth. Then we did porcelain fused to metal crown on his molars. To correct the occlusion some of the front teeth are intentionally root canal treated then restored with all porcelain crowns. The vertical height of the teeth is also increased.

The patient has a very deep bite so you cannot see the lower teeth. He also suffers from night grinding or bruxism making his teeth smaller because of abrasion. Even the labial surface is abraded. The vertical height of the molars is increased using composite resin. When the ideal height is restored the anteriors or the front teeth are treated using porcelain veneers.

This patient presented with an edentulous lower palate and a partially edentulous upper palate. We used single stage dental implants with Titanium abutments and All Porcelain crowns to restore her smile. No need for dentures.
